MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR LAMINATED BODY AND BARRIER TYPE FILM BOARD, BARRIER MATERIAL, DEVICE, AND OPTICAL MEMBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic-inorganic laminated type laminated body of which the adhesion between an organic layer and an inorganic layer is sufficiently high, and which is superior in barrier property by a simple method. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method is used for the laminated body which includes at least one layer of the inorganic layer and at least one layer of the organic layer. The manufacturing method includes two processes. In the first process, on the surface of the inorganic layer, an organic coupling agent containing silicon atoms or titanium atoms are adsorbed by the vapor phase molecule depositing method. In the second process, the organic layer is installed on the top of the inorganic layer for which the organic coupling agent containing silicon atoms or titanium atoms have been adsorbed.
