PURPOSE: A safety ventilation assembly, a manufacturing method thereof, and a battery including thereof are provided to rapidly discharge excessive gas and electrolyte from the inside of the battery when an abnormal situation including the overheating occurs. CONSTITUTION: A safety ventilation assembly(10) comprises the following: a base material(200) including a first through-hole; a spacer including a second through-hole, and arranging the first and the second through-hole to be connected with each other; a cover member mounted on one side of the spacer and sealing the second through-hole; and a connecting member(500) combining the base material and the cover member.
