PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably reduce operator's burden by controlling the posture of a robot to accurately keep the robot hand horizontal by pressing a program execution switch of an operation means. SOLUTION: In a robot controlling system, a posture control program for accurately keeping a robot hand 3A horizontal is stored in advance in a program storing unit 5D of a control device 5. First, an operator makes a gripping part 3B of the robot hand 3A approach a container B by remote control via an operation means 2. Next, in such a state, the operator presses a program execution switch 2B of the operation mean 2 to execute the posture control program.
