<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize a structure that provides filters 10, at low cost, for plural kinds of inflators having different dimensions in the axial direction from each other. <P>SOLUTION: The filter 10 is structured with a plurality of metal plates 12, 12 held in a stacked state in the axial direction at the inside diameter side of a holder cylinder 11 of a segmental cylindrical shape made of a metal plate. These metal plates 12, 12 are each of the same shape and a disk shape of the same size with each other. Many small holes 13, 13 are formed uniformly. These small holes 13, 13 are formed by piercing blanking pins each of a needle shape into the metal plate of a material (burring), so that folded vertical parts 14, 14 protruding in the axial direction are formed at the peripheral part of the small holes 13, 13. The plural kinds of filters 10 having different dimensions in the axial direction from each other are obtained by changing the number of the metal plates 12, 12 to be stacked. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
