PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mower having in a mower deck a plurality of cutting chambers mutually communicated and arranged in a lateral direction, and equipped, in each cutting chamber, with a blade mounted to be rotatable around a vertical axis, wherein mowing operation mode is enabled to be easily changed on the working site. SOLUTION: Grass guide elements 31 capable of slidingly moving along a peripheral wall of the cutting chamber to attend and retreat at the communicating part of the neighboring cutting chamber are equipped.
