IMAGE SENSOR CAMERA MODULE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

摘要

An image sensor camera module and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to realize the process simplification and automation process by not using a lens barrel and not executing a focus controlling process. A lens is installed in a lens housing(300). An image sensor package(100) comes in contact with a part of an inner side of the lens housing. A protruded unit(340) maintains the interval between the image sensor package and the lens. The image sensor package is adhered to the lens housing at the outer side of the protruded unit. The image sensor package comprises a glass substrate which is electrically combined with an image sensor chip(120).
