PURPOSE:To provide a mold for tire vulcanization which improves a demolding property to ease the restrictions on tire tread patterns and prevents the generation of the demolding failures, deformations and tread block defects of tires, etc. CONSTITUTION:A roller 4 is held to be able to rotate in a recessed part 3 at the top of a main groove molding bone 2. During vulcanization, the roller 4 is pressed by gas pressure to contact the hood of the recessed part 3 to block the recessed part 3, preventing the inflow of unvulcanized rubber into the recessed part 3. When a mold is split-opened, since the gas pressure is reduced to enable the roller 4 to rotate, the vulcanized tire can slide easily by the rotation of the roller 4, making the tire demolding easy. |
