A cable tray, and a device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent the painting from being damaged due to the welding by coupling a side frame with a rung by a non-welding method. A cable tray includes a side rail(10) and a rung(20). A side rail includes a vertical plate(11), an upper edge part(12), and a lower edge part(14). The upper edge part and the lower edge part are bent from the upper and lower parts of the vertical plate. The rung is fixed between the lower edge parts of the side rail. A protrusion(14a) is formed in the lower edge part of the floor of both end parts and the lower edge part of the side rail by the pressing. The protrusion has the square shape. The protrusion is formed in both sides of the protrusion of the lower edge part of the side rail. |
