A multi X-ray generator and an X-ray imaging apparatus are provided to obtain an X-ray image with high contrast at high seed by controlling the irradiation position and the quality of the X-ray. A multi X-ray generator(10) includes a multi electron source(12) and a target unit(13). The multi electron source includes a plurality of electron sources(15). The multi electron source outputs the electron by selectively driving the plurality of electron sources according to the driving signal. The target unit includes a plurality of targets. The target unit generates the X-ray according to the irradiation of the electron outputted from the multi electron source. The target unit outputs the X-ray with different quality according to the generation position of the X-ray. The generation position and the quality of the X-ray outputted from the target unit are controlled by selectively driving the plurality of electron sources of the multi electron source.
