The assembly has a base structure with a floor (22) and a ceiling (21) connected by central posts (23) and extending in a median plane with respect to the floor and the ceiling. Lateral posts (5) detachably connect lateral ends of the floor and the ceiling. The ceiling supports battery support beams on sides of the central posts. The beams are mounted mobile between a transport position in which the beams are placed between the ceiling and the floor, and an extraction/introduction position in which the beams extend outside a space between the floor and the ceiling. An independent claim is also included for a method for utilizing an assembly for forming a container that transports and/or handles batteries of seismic sources. |
