FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: intermediate layers from nitride of titanium, molybdenum and iron compound, intermediate layers from nitride of titanium, molybdenum, silicon and iron compound and upper layer from nitride of titanium, molybdenum and silicon compound are applied to the part using vacuum plasma method. Intermediate layers are applied for 10 to 100 times. Layers from nitride of titanium, molybdenum and iron compound are applied at the following component ratio, wt %: titanium 89.0 - 89.6, molybdenum 7.0 - 7.3, iron 2.4 - 2.7. Layers from nitride of titanium, molybdenum, silicon and iron compound are applied at the following ratio of components, wt %: titanium 90.4 - 90.7, molybdenum 6.7 - 6.9, silicon 0.7 - 0.8, and iron 1.9-2.1. Upper layer from nitride of titanium, molybdenum and silicon compound is applied at the following ratio of components, wt %: titanium 89.5 - 89.9, molybdenum 8.1 - 8.3, and silicon 2.0 - 2.2. ^ EFFECT: obtaining the coating on the parts, which is wear-resistant and thermal-protective. |
