<p>Strips of metal (A,B) for stamping are unwound from the rolls by motorised drivers (10a,10b) and directed by a rocking guide (20) which in each of its two alternative positions guides one strip between detectors (11a,11b;30) of its start and finish. When a positive signal is given by the finish detector (30) a controller resets the guide to its other position. The start detectors ensure that each driver is activated only when the guide is set to receive its output.</p> |
