PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous curable resin composition excellent in substrate material-following property, also capable of forming a coated membrane excellent in durability such as crack resistance, weather resistance and concealing property in an ultraviolet light region. SOLUTION: This aqueous curable resin composition includes a compounded resin (ABC) obtained by bonding a hydrophilic group-containing polyurethane (a1) with a vinyl polymer (a2) through a polysiloxane (a3), an ultraviolet light absorber (D) and an aqueous medium, also the aqueous curable resin composition is characterized by dispersing resin particles in which the ultraviolet light absorber (D) is included in the compounded resin (ABC), in the aqueous medium, and the method for producing the aqueous curable coating composition is also provided.
