PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester film which has a low oligomer performance equal to or more than the low oligomer performance of a PEN film and can be obtained inexpensively at excellent productivity. SOLUTION: The polyester film is characterized in that a coated layer which contains a quaternary ammonium base-containing polymer, polyethylene glycol-containing acrylate polymer and a crosslinking agent is disposed on one side surface of a laminated polyester film which includes particles by 0.1 to 0.5 wt.% respectively on both surface layers and an anchor layer formed by applying a coating liquid which includes an organic compound including at least one metal element selected from aluminum, titanium and zirconium, an organosilicate compound and a catalyst onto the coated layer and drying the applied coated liquid is disposed, the thickness of the anchor layer is 10 to 100 nm.
