ACCESS CONTROLLER AND KEY NUMBER INCOMING CALL CONTROL SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To selectively make a call in accordance with a place in which each terminal is installed, in a key number incoming call technique in a radio IP telephone system. SOLUTION: This access controller used in the radio IP telephone system is equipped with: a storing means for storing imputed radio AP identification information callable to each terminal in each combination of a key number of the terminal and a telephone number; a means for receiving a call acceptance/rejection confirmation request about a telephone number of a terminal belonging to a key number from a VoIP call controller receiving a call connection request with the key number as a destination; a means for acquiring radio AP identification information of a radio AP to which the terminal of the telephone number belongs; a means for determining whether to make a call based on a call connection request with the key number as a destination to the terminal of the telephone number by confirming whether to store the acquired radio AP identification information in the storing means by being associated with the key number and the telephone number; and a means for transmitting a determination result to the VoIP call controller.
