PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recorder which suppresses the re-adhesion of adhering substances that adhere to an elastic body, to a nozzle surface. SOLUTION: A control unit 131 can carry out a first wiping mode of moving a tray 51 along the nozzle surface 22a in a direction for a first blade 521 to be ahead of a second blade 522 by controlling a second moving mechanism 60 while the upper end of the first blade 521 and the upper end of the second blade 522 are held in contact to the nozzle surface 22a by controlling a first moving mechanism 40, and a second wiping mode of moving the tray 51 along the nozzle surface 22a by controlling the second moving mechanism 60 while the first blade 521 is separated from the nozzle surface 22a by controlling the first moving mechanism 40 and also while the upper end of the second blade 522 is held in contact to the nozzle surface 22a.
