Described is a system for detecting energy quality and comparing the amount of energy supplied to a group of end users, said system also detecting the amount of power individually consumed per each user. The data obtained by a computing system determines whether an undetected consumption exists or not made by one ore more users by means of a watt-hour-meter, said data being also useful for determining the amount of power supplied by the distributing transformer which prevents power supply companies from presenting loses and the transformer from being overused.
