PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive connection material achieved in excellent electrical connection between connection terminals and high insulation reliability between adjacent terminals, a method of electrically connecting an electronic member, and a method of manufacturing a connection terminal on an electrode of the electronic member by a simple method. SOLUTION: In a conductive connection material having a layered structure comprising a resin composition and metal foil selected from solder foil and tin foil, the resin composition contains an antioxidant.
