PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a motor that is higher in output per unit volume while securing its durability. SOLUTION: A motor core 10 includes a core 9 with a plurality of teeth 1 arranged in one direction, an insulating film 7 covering the core 9, and coils wound around the teeth 1. The end 6 in each tooth 1 has a curved surface that is curved in the winding direction of the coil, and the insulating film 7 is formed by electrodepositing a paint composition which includes an epoxy resin composition which has an onium radical and a propargyl radical, with a novolac cresol type epoxy resin or a novolac phenol type epoxy resin as its framework.
