<p>Analyzing nucleotide sequences, comprises: grouping the sequences into a sequence tree comprising one or more paths with many nodes, where the sequence assigned with identical nucleotide sequences in same path within partial sequence of predetermined length extends from the beginning of the sequence and the sequences of same length in same path form a cluster; and rearranging the sequences associated with the sequence tree, where the sequences of a first cluster contain not more than a predetermined minimum number of sequences. Analyzing nucleotide sequences, comprises: grouping the sequences into a sequence tree comprising one or more paths with many nodes, where the sequence assigned with identical nucleotide sequences in same path within partial sequence of predetermined length extends from the beginning of the sequence and the sequences of same length in same path form a cluster; and rearranging the sequences associated with the sequence tree, where the sequences of a first cluster contain not more than a predetermined minimum number of sequences and a second cluster is assigned if the sequences of the first cluster in a predetermined number of nucleotides differ from the sequences of the second cluster. Independent claims are included for: (1) a computer program for analyzing nucleotide sequences, where the computer program is programmed for carrying out the above method; and (2) a storage medium for storing the computer program.</p> |
