ANTI-RATTLE DEVICE OF MOTOR DRIVEN STEER APPARATUS

PURPOSE: The pressure pressing down the worm axis towards the worm wheel is applied in the uniform direction to the worm axis. A gap between the worm axis and worm wheel and the rubbing and torque difference according to the rotational direction of the worm axis can be eliminated. CONSTITUTION: An anti-rattle device of motor driven steer apparatus comprises a pressure spring(14) and a leaf spring(16). In the inside of the cap which protects the end part of the worm axis(5), the pressure spring is supported in the upside of the load plate(13). The pressure spring is included of a coil type spring. The leaf spring actuates the power in the opposite direction to the power that the pressure spring applies on the worm axis. The load plate protects the bush combined in the end of the worm axis.
