<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem at the occurrence of abnormality in an air conditioner such that a user without expertise has no way of recognizing the details of the abnormality and ways to deal with the abnormality requiring time and labor for a repair request. <P>SOLUTION: When an abnormality occurs, data on details of the abnormality, abnormality occurrence date/time and ways to deal with the abnormality are automatically transmitted from an indoor unit side transmission part 4. When a remote controller side receiving part 6 receives a signal automatically transmitted from the indoor unit side transmission part 4, the details of the abnormality and the ways to deal with the abnormality are displayed in a display part 10.
