摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical unit with a shake correction function and an origin determining method advantageous in determining origin voltage of an angular velocity sensor in a short time. SOLUTION: The optical unit includes: a movable module 12; an angular velocity sensor 14 which outputs output voltage Vs in accordance with angular velocity associated with rocking of the movable module 12; an amplifier circuit 18 which amplifies difference voltage ΔV between the output voltage Vs and reference voltage and outputs it as detection voltage Vd; an origin voltage determinator 2202 which gives temporary reference voltage to the amplifier circuit 18 as the reference voltage, determines the detection voltage Vd as the origin voltage of the angular velocity sensor 14 in a standstill state where the movable module 12 is not rocked when deciding that the detection voltage Vd continues for a predetermined time within a range of a predetermined value, and gives the origin voltage to the amplifier circuit 18 as true reference voltage Vr instead of the temporary reference voltage; and a controller which suppresses rocking of the movable module 12 based on the detection voltage Vd.
