NEUTROPHILIC FUNCTION LIMITING METHOD WITH GOLD NANO-COLLOID WATER, GOLD NANO-COLLOID WATER FOR LIMITING FUNCTION OF NEUTROPHILIS, AND FOOD AND DRINK USING GOLD NANO-COLLOID WATER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for limiting neutrophilic functions by suppressing production of active oxygen species by neutrophilis, to provide agents for limiting the neutrophilic function, and to provide foods and drinks using the agent.

SOLUTION: There are provided a method for limiting neutrophilic functions by bringing the neutrophilis into contact with the gold nano-colloid water; gold nano-colloid water for limiting the neutrophilic functions; and foods and drinks using the agent. The gold nano-colloid water can be obtained by making one of the electrodes of a high voltage discharge device a gold electrode, performing plasma discharge in water between the gold electrode and the other side electrode to generate gold ion vapor, bringing the generated gold ion vapor into contact with water to ultra-finely disperse.
