PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, a device, and a method for evaluating an object arranged on the upper surface of an object holder, and to provide a computer program product.

SOLUTION: At least one first frame showing a part of an acquisition part of the object 102 is acquired, while positioning the object holder 110 on each of a plurality of positions. At least one second frame showing an acquisition part on at least one different surface of the object holder 110 is acquired, while positioning the object holder 110 on each position. At least one space characteristic related to the acquisition part of the object 102 is determined based on at least one frame in the acquired frames. Each value of a plurality of optical markers acquired in each second frame is determined. In this case, at least two of the optical markers have each a different value. At least one coordinate related to a value and a direction of the acquisition part on at least one different surface is determined.
