PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce generation of choking in a branched distribution path for an EGR gas formed inside a spacer member inserted between an intake side face and an intake manifold. SOLUTION: A main distribution path 12 extending in the row direction of cylinders and a branched distribution path 13 branched from the main distribution path to each cylinder are formed inside a spacer member 9 inserted between an intake side face and an intake manifold of an internal combustion engine for introducing to the main distribution path an exhaust gas from an exhaust system in the internal combustion engine. The branched distribution paths are formed so as to be opened sideways to the inner side face 10a of an intake through hole 10 in each cylinder. A projection part 16 is provided into the intake through hole at a lower portion of an opening part 13a in the branched distribution path 13 in the inner side face 10a of the intake through hole 10.
