PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile photometric apparatus that can trim the weight of a measuring instrument and improve measurement accuracy and maintenance work by using a camera to measure light emitted by illumination devices, such as marker lamps or guide lamps, installed on a runway or a taxiway of an airport. SOLUTION: The mobile photometric apparatus is equipped with: a vehicle 1 that is freely movable with respect to an illumination facility composed of a plurality of illumination devices (runway center line lamps) L1, placed at regular intervals, each of which includes a light-emitting section that emits light; a screen 2A, mounted on the vehicle 1 and provided to face in a direction in which the vehicle 1 travels, which receives light emitted from the light-emitting section of an illumination device L1 to be measured; a photometric camera 3 that takes an image of the screen 2A; position detecting means 4, mounted on the vehicle 1, for detecting the relative position of the camera 3 relative to the illumination device L1 to be measured; and an image processing device that processes image data taken by the camera 3.
