PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new suspension device of a vehicle for simplifying a suspension mechanism advantageously from the viewpoint of cost and thus having the advantage that the price of the vehicle is lowered to a moderate price and the weight is reduced. SOLUTION: The suspension device includes a wheel support member D for rotatably supporting a wheel C, and leaf spring devices E each having one end portion fixed to a vehicle body frame B and the other end portion mounted to a free end portion of the wheel support member D. The portion at which the leaf spring devices E are mounted to the wheel support member D is vertically moved, so that the leaf spring devices E are elastically deformed to sag.
