PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine, capable of providing a surprise to a player, and increasing effect of a performance. SOLUTION: The game machine includes an operation tool which is operable by the player, a performance means capable of executing a prescribed game performance, and a performance executor to execute the game performance by means of the performance device based on operation of the operation tool. The game machine also includes a proximity detector to detect part of player's body in proximity to the operation tool. The performance executor is composed to execute the game performance based on the result of detection by the proximity detection means regardless if the operation means is operated or not.
