The method involves calculating a geometry of a construction structure element (14, 14', 14'') forming a construction structure (13) i.e. base plate (15), and a geometry of wall elements based on data from a CAD model. The wall elements and the construction structure element are produced in the calculated geometries. A positioning element is introduced into the wall elements and/or the structure element. An interior work is assembled by position-oriented assembly of the structure element within a building shell and position-oriented positioning of the wall elements by using a positioning unit. An independent claim is also included for an interior work comprising an inner wall.
