<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-pack type moisture curable sealing material composition which excels in storage stability and joint staining resistance in the outer wall coating specification of building structures or the like to which topcoating is applied and can inhibit the formation of bacteria and mildew on a coating film topcoated on an outer wall joint over a long period and a method of improving the storage stability of the composition and the antibacterial properties and mildew resistance of a coating film topcoated on an outer wall joint with the use of the composition. <P>SOLUTION: The one-pack type moisture curable sealing material composition includes an isocyanate group-containing urethane prepolymer (A), an antibacterial/mildewproofing agent (B), and a high-molecular weight diluting resin (C), and the antibacterial/mildewproofing agent (B) is a composite for allowing a phyllosilicate to carry an antibacterial/mildewproofing compound.
