PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting tool capable of improving efficiency of cutting processing of a workpiece to be cut, and cutting the workpiece into a desired thickness by freely adjusting a cutting width of the cut material. SOLUTION: This cutting tool mounted to a rotary shaft for use comprises a hollow shaft 1 having a shaft hole 11 mounted to the shaft, a desired number of fixing flange parts 2 having annular flanges 21 extending approximately vertically outward to one end of a fitting cylinder part 20 freely slidably fitted with the hollow shaft, and fitted with the hollow shaft, a pressing ring part 3 fitted with the cylinder part of each flange part, and a cutter blade 4 fitted with the cylindrical part and interposed between the flange of each flange part and the ring part. Each flange part is fixed to the hollow part by screwing the cylindrical part to the hollow shaft. Each blade is fixed to the flange part together with the ring part by screws.
