PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide (1) a telephone holder which allows a user to make both hands free, while placing a call and to simultaneously perform various kinds of works, as needed, while speaking over a phone; (2) a telephone holder having general applicability which can be mounted on grips of various telephone sets produced by different manufacturers; and (3) a telephone holder which has a simple and stylish design, is user friendly, and can be effectively used for corporate promotion and as a product for sales promotions. SOLUTION: The telephone holder includes a shoulder pad part 1 constituted of a soft or hard light-weight material; a shoulder-held portion 2, having a predetermined height and/or an inclination angle on one end of the shoulder pad portion 1; and a mounting part 3 formed on the facing side of the shoulder pad 1.
