PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate and a fixture which solve the problem that the distance, vertical position, and inclination of right and left eyebrows cannot be decided by the plate although eyebrows of symmetrical form can be drawn by turning the plate over and using it on the conventional plate for eyebrow drawing where only one eyebrow can be drawn finely. SOLUTION: By using one plate for eyebrow drawing, the form of an eyebrow is arranged easily and symmetrically, the length of the eyebrow, the distance of right and left eyebrows, vertical position, and inclination are decided in a well-balanced manner, and can be drawn finely.
