<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spout container having a spout valve simply constituted by laminating thin valve bodies each with a valve hole. <P>SOLUTION: The spout container includes: a container body 2 standing an opening neck part 4; a cap 10 including a cap cylinder 12 hanging a peripheral wall 20 from the outer periphery of a top wall 14 with a spout part 16 and fitting the peripheral wall 20 on the outer face of the opening neck part 4; and a valve plate 30 horizontally provided in a spouting path P inside the cap cylinder 12 by placing an expansion space D between the top wall 14. The valve plate 30 is constituted so that the outer peripheral parts C of double thin film-like valve bodies 32 and 34 with shapes corresponding to a cross-sectional face of the spouting path P are brought into close contact with each other, and the valve parts except these outer peripheral parts are separably brought into contact with each other, and on the valve part except these outer peripheral parts C, a lower side valve hole H<SB>L</SB>and an upper side valve hole H<SB>U</SB>are respectively opened so as not to overlap seen from the vertical direction to form the spouting valve v, and at least upper side valve body 34 is bent by a liquid pressure in the spouting path part on the upstream of the spouting valve to open the spouting valve v. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
