PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating tool for rocker molding which can stably hold a rocker molding, and to provide a pipe molding apparatus. SOLUTION: In the coating tool 10 for rocker molding, an inner frame 20 is structured by arranging a plurality of linear support members 24 formed by bending a pipe corresponding to an inner surface shape of the rocker molding 90 side by side and crossing and welding a plurality of traverse communication members 25 to the lower surface side of the plurality of linear support members 24. The plurality of the traverse communication members 25 constituting the inner frame 20 is composed of sheet metals and a plurality of engaging recessed parts for receiving the plurality of the linear support members 24 and positioning are formed in the edge part of each of traverse communication member 25.
