PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polycarbonate resin composition excellent in flame-retardancy (especially, flame-retardancy in a thin form), thermal conductivity and impact characteristic even if a chlorine-based flame-retardant, a bromine-based flame-retardant and a phosphorus-based flame-retardant are not used. SOLUTION: The polycarbonate resin composition is characterized in that 30-100 pts.mass of artificial graphite (B), 3-13 pts.mass of poly-organo-siloxane-containing graft copolymer (C) and 1-5 pts.mass of polytetrafluoroethylene (D) are formulated relative to 100 pts.mass of polycarbonate resin (A).
