PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet capable of reducing warping when the resin-impregnated paper of a surface decorative sheet is clamped by using a long fiber board as a wood material, suppressing quality deterioration such as reduction in surface smoothness due to imbibition of the long fiber, and drastically shortening a curing period, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet 1 is formed by pressing resin-impregnated paper 3 on one surface of a long fiber board 2 by hot-pressing molding, and then splashing water on the surface of the resin-impregnated paper 3 to cure it.
