PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, wherein the working efficiency is poor, because fixing work is manually performed in conventional torque calibration devices in which a shaft torque meter must be fixed by a shaft-lock mechanism, after detaching a machine to be tested, when performing calibration of the shaft torque meter. SOLUTION: The torque calibration device 1 includes a coupling 6 for attaching a machine to be tested; the shaft torque meter 5, attached to one end side of a rotary shaft 3 of a dynamometer 2 and measuring the torque of the machine to be tested; and a load-loading mechanism 10 for calibrating the dynamometer 5 at the other end side of the rotary shaft of the dynamometer 5. A connection section 22 of the shaft-lock mechanism 7 is provided between the end face 6a for attaching the machine to be tested, installed at the coupling 6 and the shaft torque meter 5.
