PURPOSE: A pile construction method using an injection type excavation bit is provided to install a pile by excavating through the inside of a pile and to perform installation work by connecting different kinds of piles using a non-welding method. CONSTITUTION: A pile construction method using an injection type excavation bit comprises the steps of: inputting a pile installation device to a construction site; carrying in many piles using the pile installation device; mounting an injection type excavation bit, a lower excavation rod and a lower pile to the pile installation device; excavating by rotating the injection type excavation bit forward, and press-fitting the lower pile; separating a lower auger from the lower pile, and separating an upper auger from the lower excavation rod; connecting a middle excavation rod to the top of the lower excavation rod; excavating by rotating the injection type excavation bit forward, and press-fitting a middle pile; separating a lower auger from the middle pile, and separating an upper auger from the middle excavation rod; connecting the upper excavation rod to the middle excavation rod; connecting an upper pile to the middle pile by a connection plate; excavating by rotating the injection type excavation bit forward, and press-fitting the upper pile; grouting the bottom of an excavation hole by injecting cement milk through an injection nozzle using the injection type excavation bit; contracting the injection type excavation bit by backward rotation, and then drawing out and dismantling the injection type excavation bit and the excavation rod; and hitting the upper pile. |
