PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly provide a user with a meal menu desired by the user.

SOLUTION: A meal menu information output apparatus 1 includes: an acquisition means 11 for acquiring character information representing a physical and mental state or a schedule of the user; a storage means 10 for storing meal menu information associated with character information representing any of different physical and mental states or any of different schedules and representing a meal menu related to the physical and mental state or the schedule represented by the character information; an extraction means 13 for extracting meal menu information associated with character information same as the character information acquired by the acquisition means 11 from among the meal menu information from the storage means 10; and an output means 15 for outputting at least any of the meal menu information extracted by the extraction means 13 to a display device 203 together with the character information associated with the meal menu information.
