<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a woody plate-like building material which can impart light resistance and emphasize a woodgraining pattern. <P>SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the woody plate-like building material 10, a wood 1 having the woodgraining 14 connected with a trachea 14a is heat-treated with high-pressure and high-temperature vapor, a color coating treatment is applied so that a film layer 16 is formed on the surface 13a of a treated wood 13 after heat treatment containing the woodgraining, and next, the surface layer 17 containing the film layer formed on the surface is removed by applying the surface polishing treatment to leave the film layer 16a of the woodgraining. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
