PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin composition excellent in heat resistance, to provide a film comprising the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin composition, and to provide a laminate containing the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin composition. SOLUTION: The ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin composition comprises 100 pts.wt. of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and 0.1-50 pts.wt. of ammonium ion-modified synthetic mica, wherein the ammonium ion is represented by general formula (1), wherein R represents a 1C-30C monovalent hydrocarbon group.
