PURPOSE: A battery tray apparatus for active control of temperature and humidity is provided to maintain optimal temperature and humidity of a battery using a tray in which a battery is fixed. CONSTITUTION: A battery tray apparatus for active control of temperature and humidity comprises: a tray(12) in which the upper part having a ventilation space is opened; and support plates(18) which blocks the opened upper part of the tray and includes a plurality of ventilation holes(16) in which a battery is left at the upper side. The battery temperature control tray apparatus includes a first ventilation fan and a second ventilation fan.
