PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication management device of a working vehicle, which transmits more dynamic state information to a server. SOLUTION: The communication management device 2 of the working vehicle includes: a carrier part 10 with a travelling function; a rotary part 11 rotatably mounted on the carrier part 10; a storage part 21 storing the dynamic state information; a signal transmission device 16 transmitting the dynamic state information between the carrier part 10 and the rotary part 11; and a communication part 22 transmitting the stored dynamic state information to the server. The carrier part 10 and the rotary part 11 each are installed with the storage part 31, 21, respectively.
