DRIVE DEVICE FOR ELECTRIC LIFTING COLUMN

A drive device for an electric lifting column includes a motor housing and a motor (1). The motor (1) drives a transmission device which in turn drives the lifting column to lift or descend. The motor housing includes a bottom box (2) and a plate (3). An end pad (21) and at least two parallel blocks (22) are disposed in the bottom box (2). The lengths of the blocks (22) are smaller than the length of the motor (1). The blocks (22) are sleeved with elastic block sleeves (23). The end of the motor (1) is embedded in the end pad (21). The motor (1) is sandwiched between the elastic block sleeves (23). The bottom box (2) is sealed with the plate (3) such that the motor (1) is fixed. The elastic block sleeves (23) are made of rubber. The transmission device includes a worm gear (31), a worm gear joint (32) and a transmission rod joint (33) which are connected in sequence. The output shaft of the motor (1) drives the worm gear (31) to rotate, and the worm gear (31) in turn drives the worm gear joint (32) and the transmission rod joint (33) to rotate. The transmission rod joint (33) drives a transmission rod (44) of the lifting column to rotate. The drive device can fix the motor (1) securely, improve heat dissipation of the motor (1), reduce noise, and improve the operative life of the motor (1). The drive device has a simple structure, a reliable operation performance and high transmission efficiency.
