PURPOSE: A sensor based fruit supporter and an operating method thereof are provided to protect fruits from being damages or softening, and to measure the growth state and the weight of the fruits. CONSTITUTION: A sensor based fruit supporter comprises the following: an environment sensor measuring the environment information of the cultivation location of fruits; a growth sensor measuring the weight and the growth information of the fruits; a fan ventilating air for preventing the fruit from being damaged or softening; a display unit(270) displaying the information measured by the sensors; a communication unit transmitting the collected information; a power supply unit supplying power to the sensors, the display unit, the fan, the communication unit, and a controller; and the controller controlling the operation of the supporter.
