PURPOSE: A phosphate-treated electro galvanized steel sheet with high corrosion resistance and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the spreading of rust to the entire steel sheet surface from the damaged part. CONSTITUTION: A phosphate-treated electro galvanized steel sheet with high corrosion resistance comprises a base steel sheet(210), an electrogalvanized layer(220) and a phosphate layer(230). The electrogalvanized layer is formed in the base steel sheet. The phosphate layer includes more than two kinds of phosphate and is formed in the electrogalvanized layer. More than two kinds of phosphate include zinc containing phosphate and magnesium containing phosphate.
