PURPOSE: A pattern forming apparatus for a roll sheet is provided to smoothly form a pattern on a sheet by spreading a coating liquid on the sheet to a uniform thickness. CONSTITUTION: A pattern forming apparatus for a roll sheet comprises a feed holder part(10), a collection holder part(20), a protective film removal part(30), a coating liquid application part(40), a pattern forming part(50), and a protective film feed part(60). A roll sheet(1) is arranged in the feed holder part. A collecting roll(2) is arranged in the collection holder part and rotated by a drive source. The protective film removal part removes a protective film(Sa) from a sheet(S) wound around the roll sheet. The coating liquid application part applies a coating liquid on the surface of the sheet. The pattern forming part forms and hardens a pattern(F) on the coated surface of the sheet. The protective film feed part supplies a protective film to the pattern formed surface of the sheet.
