PURPOSE:To make incorporating performance favorable, by arranging a rocking center of a bracket supporting a steering shaft and a turning center of a pin rocking the rocking center by connecting with the bracket on different positions from each other. CONSTITUTION:A rocking attachment 38 is fixed to an upper bracket 15 supporting a steering shaft and the rocking attachment 38 is fixed to a car body rockably centering around a tilting center O2. An oblong hole 38b is formed on the attachment 38 and a pin 28 provided on a gear of a speed reduction mechanism C is made to connect with the oblong hole 38b. The pin 28 is turned centering around a drive center O1 positioned differently from the foregoing tilting center O2 through a rotary driving source B. The upper bracket 15, therefore, is rocked within a range of a rocking angle alpha through this turning of the pin 28. |
